A great combo with Team Rocket Meowth is the Challenge Trainer!  Play the Challenge Trainer to fill up yours and your opponent's bench then use Miraculous Comeback to devastate your opponant. With a full bench on both sides you can attack for up to 100 damage (with really lucky coin flips or a double sided coin)! 

Miraculous Comeback
C - Flip a coin equal to the total number of Pokemon In play. This attack does 10 damage times the number of heads. Then, Team Rocket's Meowth does 10 damage times the number of tails to itself.

This is a nice complement to a Wigglytuff Deck!
