It's me, the dreaded cyborgnetic echidna with
dreadlocks, commenting about a pokeleague I was just
at. I'll try not to bash (that's for Smash Brothers).

Well, this would have been my first league game I went
to. The bad thing: Toys 'r' Us didn't have one today.
Me and King Dedede(I think you have an idea who that
is) drove around 40 miles (desperate, huh?) to get to
one that wasn't at a Toys 'r' Us.

Well, we made it there, and this is what we found: the
league fights were in a small room. That wasn't
totally bad. However, the TCG authorities wouldn't be
happy to know that the gym leader wasn't even playing
pokemon, but Magic instead (NOT a cut to Magic; I
don't really know a lot about it).

I played around five games, one with a kid with a bad
deck (no cut) and four against Dedede(I was using a
Water-Psychic combo and he used his Golden Fox for
three of them; we decided to switch at the second
round).

Well, Dedede racked up enough wins (against me only)
to get the new Eevee promo. However, he mentioned that
he could've gotten four because the leader was goofing
off and not watching the cards.

There were a lot of jerks there (including the gym
leader) that were using a lot of inapropriate lauguage
around little kids (no cut, just in case). And about
the only sane people there were the ones playing.

One interesting point however (not sure Dedede
agrees). There was a kid playing with English,
Japanese, and the Ancient Mew card. He insulted
Chansey, but the deck combo was, for bonus points,
creative.
