The Rocket Porygon/Dark Muk combo is powerful but no one knows it. Why is it
powerful?

Rocket Porygon's Psybeam can Confuse. When it does, as you know, your
opponent can only retreat by discarding the proper Energy. Then they flip a
coin and on tails they can't retreat and lose Energy. You're probably saying,
So what! Well, after confusing, bring out Dark Muk and their retreat is
increased by 2, making it tougher to get out than ever before. In addition,
Sludge Punch's 20 and immeditate Poison will pressure your opponent till they
sweat in places you didn't know existied.
