Hey, I've been gone for a while but I'm back. Okay, I feel like first
commenting on some of the things I've been reading recently in the past two
months that I find disturbing; then I will give my tips.
1. Anti-Scyther articles: Okay, these people really need to get out
of
their bubble. Scyther has a colorless attack which is improved even more
when in a Grass deck. Most people have this in your deck for a travel
option. Stick it in as the active and you get to pick who you send up
after
you see his Pokemon. If you haven't tried him, you're probably losing to
him
(unless you play Fire, of course).
2. Worst Cards Lists: One person put Wigglytuff. He said,
"If you don't
have a full bench, it's attack is pathetic." This person fails to
realize
that decks with Wiggly are based on having enough drawing/searching to have a
full bench, ALWAYS. Other people make pointless accusations at cards that
they make for other cards they think rule.
3. Trapper/Anti-Trapper articles: Okay, this isn't disturbing, it's
just a
few people are blowing this out of proportion. It will be a very strong
deck, but some are sayingit will eat dirt, while others praise it as a sign
from God. It's neither of these. I think of it as an advanced
mono-Haymaker.
