(A mist slowly
forms around an Exeggcute nest. When it disappears, Nathan, Mew, and Arcanine
are standing there.)
Nathan: Good Work, Mew! Right at
the site of the next subject.
Arcanine: Actually, I thought we
were expanding on another article.
Mew: Yeah.
Nathan: umm....yeah, okay. *AHEM*
anyway, as sidewinder stated, Exeggcute and Exeggutor (Erika's) are pretty
good. Especially to get around the Dk. Vileplume Pokemon Power when it comes
to drawing cards.
(To Arcanine) Stop staring
hungrily at those Exeggcute! They're for research.
::Arcanine walks away grumbling:::
Mew: I'll take it now. Okay. The other
Erika's Exeggcute is also a decent card.
Nathan: Correct.
Mew: The Lvl. 12 Erika's
Exeggcute has almost the same great attack from the Jungle Exeggutor.
Eggsplosion flips a coin for each
energy card on Erika's Exeggcute. Each heads yields 10 damage.
Nathan: Now, you may think ahh,
big deal.
Arcanine: But, just like the
jungle Exeggutor, you can use Venusaur's Energy Transfer to pile on the Energy
while you have a staller out front.
Nathan: Also, you don't even have
to wait for a Stage 1 to do the attack.
Mew: Erika's Exeggcute also has a
Psychic attack. It does 10 damage for each energy on the defending Pokemon.
Nathan: Say you're facing a big
card with a load of energy on it. You can use Psychic to hit for big damage.
This works even better if you have a Defender or two on Erika's Exeggcute.
Arcanine: The one major drawback
is only 40 HP. Ugh!
Nathan: Okay, now that we're
finished, Mew, Nathan, and Arcanine are outta here!
Mew: Away we go!
:::Mew teleports them away from
the Exeggcute nest, which is trying to hypnotize them:::
