However, if Wizards of the Coast would think for awhile, they could come up with some GOOD formats that would still limit the enviornment.

First off, Sneasel has to be banned. Even WotC has decided this.

15 Trainers was a little extreme, but maybe a 30 trainer limit should be created. With Cleffa, it is just easy to play 40 card drawing trainers. Some players think that 30 trainers is way too few. Back when Base Set and Jungle had come out. Most Wigglytuffs and Haymakers didn't go over 30 trainers, and neither did Raindance and Stall. It's possible. 30 trainers will limit Trap, and will play Slowking's role without becoming broken.

Slowking has gained to much power, and Igglybuff didn't do much to stop it. In the original Japanese card, only the Active Slowking could use "Mind Games". Maybe an eretta should be created: "Each time a trainer is played, only one Slowking may use Mind Games".  This would still leave Slowking viable, but still limit its power.

Dark Vileplume is fine, because it hurts both players equally.
 
Murkrow is powerful, but not broken.

Rocket's Zapdos is overly powerfull, but not to the point of banning or errettaing.

Which cards will gain power with this format:

- MP Mewtwo: With Sneasel out, this card becomes a big threat again.

- Hitmonchan: This card died for no reason.  With only 30 trainers, this card can smack down quick damage without fancy combos.

- Scyther: This card is sort of like Hitmonchan.  It died.  Why? With Feraligatr and Gligar gaining prominence, this card can hit it big again.  And, if Hitmonchan returns, this guy's playability will skyrocket.

- Blastoise: This is just because Blaine's Arcanine, Arcanine, Typhlosion, and Entei are becoming popular

- Wigglytuff: This card will return because of Sneasels bannment. people will see that it is possible to use the Balloon Pokemon again, as they did, once upon a time.
