I looked at my old cards and saw Arcanine. I just realised that if i use metal energy to it, it will only get 10 damage for 70 damage to the defending pokemon.

Rocket's Zapdos is the same but gets 10 damage for 60 damage to the defending pokemon.

If you do not know why this is so, metal energy reduces damage taken by 10 which makes it 20 damage to itself.

Then, whenever a non-metal pokemon attacks, all damage done to a pokemon is reduced by 10.Doing damage to itself is doing damage to a pokemon which reduces again by 10 which makes it 10 damage to itself.

So, Arcanine can be better than Rocket's Zapdos but two flaws is that it needs to evolve and its retreat is 3.

Personally, I prefer TR's Zapdos.
