always like talking about cards that deserve playing time...this is a big one.

  Dark Slowking is nasty. Reel in gets you haymakers a late game chan or
mime. Raindancers can steal a long lost Arcticuno or Lapras. Wigglytuff decks
should love this card. It gets you strong basics and fills your bench, making
Wiggly muck stronger...

What Decks Can Benefit From Him:
Wigglytuff decks
Haymaker
Moltres
No-energy-stall
Anything with strong basics (such as cleffa or sneasal)

Advantages to Dark Slowking
Poke'mon power
Cheap attack that does 40
Great in the late game

Disadvantages to Dark Slowking
Undependable attack
Low hp
Below average when played immediately
