Here is a list of overlooked haymaker cards,

1.Base set Jynx
It's like a MP Mewtwo only with different attacks.
Doubleslap is an ok first turn attack in which if
sucessful, can mean a very powerful 3rd turn Medetate.

2.Blane's Kangaskan
I just think people judge it for child's punch, but
it's got solid hitpoints and a good 1-2 punch.Not as
good as others, but still good

3.MP Eleticabuzz
what is wrong with a first turn 30? nothing!!!And even
better, it's a colorless attack.plus light screen
ain't bad.

4.Scyther
Why the heck am I including this broken card? because
nobody uses Swords Dance, that's why. Swords Dance is
one of the reasons why hi is so good. And with good
grass basics like Pinser and Rocket's Scyther,grass is
more useful then it used to be.

5.Pinser
sure, no first turn attack, but 70 in 3 turns ain't
bad.cheap retreat also makes it good.
