Here's a few good tips for you:

 

1) If you have a Mankey on your bench and atleast 1 fire energy on an active Moltres,

use Mankeys Pokemon Power (peek) to look at the top card of your opponents deck, if it is a useful or good to your opponent use Moltres's Wildfire attack so there good card is no longer useful . . . as it is in there discard pile.
