This is Weird here with another inspiring deck idea!  
Any way here's the deck:

Pokemon:18
4 Weedle
4 Kakuna
4 Beedrill
4 Koffing
2 Pinsir

Trainers:18
4 Bill
4 Computer Search
4 Plus Power
4 Gust of Wind
2 Professor Oak

Energy:24
24 Grass Energy

The strategy behind this deck is fairly obvious; get out those Beedrills
and poison, poison, poison.  When I sat down to make a poison deck, the
first thing that came to mind was Nidoking.  I like to keep a lot of
trainers in my decks so I thought that only one stage two would be a good
idea.  It was either Beedrill or Nidoking.  In the end, I opted for
Beedrill, because it's lower forms, Weedle and Kakuna, could also poison,
which is really what I wanted.  In fact, the only Pokemon in this deck that
can't poison is Pinsir.  Originally there had been Tangela's insted.  I'm
not sure why, but somehow, they just didn't seem to work right.
