I can feel the card rating system war beginning!!!!!!!!!!!<putting on war
paint>. People think that when you are rating cards, you are comparing
them.NO YOU ARE NOT!!!<putting on hat of feathers>. Also they say stuff
like you have to  put the right crds in the right deck. OF
COURSE!!!<picking up tomahawk>. Unless you are the stupidest person in the
world , you are not going to put all the best cards in the same deck,
because it would suck because of energy problems. Say you were going to
find a rating for hitmonchan, and you find out it is 9 or something like
that. Only a dummy would say "hey! hitmonchan got a rating of 9, i think
ill put one in my psychic deck". Every one knows you have to put the right
cards in a right deck. These card rating systems may not be thev best, but
they sure can help you out. say a parent was trying to explain to a child
that charizard sucks, and it would be better not to put it in your deck. So
they rate it and tell them it got 4 out of 10. Then ask them if they would
rather have 4 good candies(charizard), or a much better card like fosil
magmar and tell them that is like getting 7 or 8 good candies. SEE! it is
not that bad.
