Hey Pojo. Here is just a little article I thought I would write on the old
killers, Haymaker and Rain Dance. Lets start with Rain Dance. Sure Lapras was
a great addition to Kill Mr.Mime and articuno was good too, but Rain Dance
never wins tournies anymore. It is so hard to get around the Mime! Apart from
that Mime has had so much backup. MP Mewtwo, Gengar, Haunter, Hypno,
Alakazam, Chansey, etc. If you play Rain Dance, your taking a big chance.
Second is Haymaker. Well, still as strong as ever with addition of Magmar but
still hardly wins tournies anymore. In my area, what wins tournies are
Psychic Decks with Gengar/MP Mewtwo, or maybe Sponge decks. Haymaker is still
a strong deck but getting old quickly. I play a Gengar deck that I love. So
jsut think twice before you paly Rain Dance, and if you play Haymaker, you
may win too. Just felt liking geting that off my chest.
