Hi Pojo , Please post this under TCG stratergies thanx.
I would like 2 talk about the over looked GRASS
type. This is a great type in the TCG with its
status changing affects and loads of evolutions whats so bad?
Theres only 1 thing I can think of ( NO ITS NOT VICTREBELL,
EVEN THOUGH THAT CARD IS NOTHING BUT SHIT.) Its the HP level of the basic
pokemon.needs work.thats the only thing but seriously the only grass cards
that isnt overlooked is scyther and venusaur, there are grass cards just
as good.e.g. The king of kings Nidoking, left in the dark but is realy a good
card here's the stats
NIDOKING- stage 2
90 HP-is average for a stage 2 e.g.-Poliwrath,Nidoqueen,etc
ATTACKS
Thrash-flip a coin,if heads this
attack does 30 damage plus 10 damage if tails this attack does 30 damage and
Nidoking does 10 damage to himself.
thats an alright attack up ta 40 damage
Toxic-the defending
pokemon is now poisoned.it now takes 20 poison damage instead of 10 after each
players turn da da da da da.
ENOUGH said!! that will get ride of any pokemon sooner or
later.and best of all Mr Mimes death trap!! and no fliping a coin straight out
status affet.
I dont see the piont why people go past it, its a great card.
another overlooked card
VENOMOTH- stage 1
70 HP- alright, not the best but alright
ATTACKS
Pokemon power:shift- once
during your turn(before you attack), You may change the type of venomoth
to the type of any othe pokemon in play other than colorless.this power
cant be used if venomoth is asleep, confused, or paralised.
Venom powder- Flip a
coin. If heads the defending pokemon is confused and poisoned.
u can have alot of fun with this card, with a mint Pokemon
power and the only attack in the game that witha heads flip u have 2 status
changing affect going at once.whats not 2 like¿?
I gotta admit grass may not be the best type to have on a deck
by itself itll get demolished by a fire deck (1 flame thrower and even
venusaurs gone) thats why a smart combo would be GRASS
and WATER.
Why, most grass cards have a weakness to fire and fire cards have a
weakness to water so the little HP grass cards souldnt be to much of a
problem. some of u are probably thinking "If I get aero out fast all of
his grass evolutions are gone". NOT TRUE!! aero's Prehistoric
power says no more evolution cards can be played
. this power stops working when aerodactyl is asleep, confused, or paralised.
useless if aero's knocked out or asleep confused or paralised.worst about aero
is his weakness to HA!! what a suprise GRASS!!!! even though he may have his
pokemon power goin, those little basic grass pokemon can get rid of aero with
his 60 HP.u might wanna consider givin the grass and water combo a go it can
be good if u got the right cards u have the licence to destroy. heres
one I made up
