This is my 1st post ever. I think that WOTC's problem is....

Not putting holos in every pack like Japanese! It would be a win-win situation for all of us, too! Why? Then read carefully:

 

First of all, an estimated price of a non-foil card is $.15 and a holo card is $1.44. Let's say there are ten cards in an English Neo 2 Pack.

 

Non-Holo, Holo future pack from English Neo 2:

Pack- $3.69   Money spent making cards- $1.50/$2.80

3 Packs (1 holo)- $5.80  Est. 8,000,000 Poke-fans in U.S.

Est. 60,000,000 packs bought ($6x20,000,000)= $120,000,000 used, and Est. about $200,000,000 earned from pack sales which is a 40% profit.

 

Holo Only future Neo 2 English pack:

Pack- $3.99   Money spent making cards in pack- $2.80

3 packs (3 holo)- $8.40  Est. 8,000,000 Poke-fans in U.S.

Est. 100,000,000 packs bought (more because of all-holo)

($8.50x20,000,000)= $170,000,000 used, and Est. about $400,000,000 earned from pack sales making a 57% profit.

 

So, WOTC makes 17% more profit, which could be used to restrict, etc. cards! But they should NOT use it to ban cards, because cards like holo 'Chans would not be wanted and be worth less since it couldn't be used (which I traded an English Feraligatr #5-111 for a base 'Chan, get it?)

#1: WOTC makes profit

#2: We get guaranteed holos in packs

#3: The Pokemon card game goes bad (from no action from     WOTC)

This article is no offense on WOTC, it is just my ideas.
