I just wanted to say how much I agree with J. Ayala.
With Wiggly, you can use an Oak, get your bench loaded, attach some Plus
Power and tell your opponent "I won."
With a Wiggly, you can use a plan to win.
If your opponent has only one Pokémon and you have a Wiggly active and your
bench is almost full, you'll use an extra Oak even if you're almost decked
out.
'Cause you know what you get.
With Sneasel you always have to flip those stupid coins before even
thinking about knocking out anybody.
You don't want to risk to deck out and fill your bench like crazy when you
know you could do zero damage with no heads.

In case someone missed what J. Ayala wrote, here it is:
OK, I am here to clear up something I have heard over the last few days. Many
folk are saying that Sneasel will replace Wigglytuff beccause it can do up to
180 damage or whatever by turn 2. But, there is a catch. I am going to use an
anology to clear this up. Saying that Sneasel is better than Wiggly is like
saying that Gambler is better than Professor Oak. Sure Gambler can get you
more cards, but it's all a big gamble. Better go with a sure thing, like Oak.
Going with Wiggly is a sure thing, going with Sneasel is a big gamble. A
wiggly can beat a Sneasel any day. Sneasel is not good!! This is Charizard
all over again.
