You will be quite surprised by some of my choices. Toward the end are my top ten least favorites.

 

#10 Wigglytuff

Do the Wave is a good attack, but I don't hear anybody use Lullaby on Wiggly. Decent HP, but Chan kicks this balloon's butt!

 

#9 Spout Tower

Wiggly is shut down! This allows all Pokemon to have Resistance to Colorless Pokemon.

 

#8 Murkrow

Mean Look and Feint Attack are an incredible combo! Zero weakness and retreat plus Resistance to Psychic Pokemon are good!

 

#7 Charmander (Team Rocket)

I know he's a bit wimpy, but Fire Tail is so much better than Ember! Gather Fire can bulk him up for either Zard or Dark Zard!

 

#6 Brock's Primeape

FFF for 60! Remove Stadium! Returns to deck when 10 HP is left! Awesome dude! (By the way, I have a correction for the Brock's Primeape tip I gave: Instead of Confusion, the attack does 20 damage to Brock's Primeape)

 

#5 Blaine's Arcanine

120 damage? That really is incredible! Plus an attack for 40! Nice! 90 Hp is it's only flaw. He's still good.

 

#4 Cleffa

Unlimited Elms? Nice! The fact that it's an attack makes it even better. It would be on top if it did damage.

 

#3 Scyther

A good card. Great bottom stats. Decent attack. Nice HP. Deserves its position.

 

#2 Quilava (lvl 35)

Char is sweet! Smokescreen is good too. Makes Cyndaquil worth playing. The fact that there's a coin flip is not that good.

 

#1 JUMPLUFF!!!!!!!!!

That's right. Jumpluff is pure power! Two attacks with one G for 20 plus an effect! Bottom stats are fine. Weakness to Fire (which nobody really plays anymore) Resitance to Fighting (another hit to Chan) and zero retreat! Use Pokemon Breeder to speed to this powerful cottonweed!
