ORBIT OF THE PLANET EARTH
TRANSMISSION BEGINS
SATOSHI: Hey, guys. I'm finally back in orbit! And, I've been seeing more
and more STUPID e-mail at pojo.com. So, here's alist of things we, as
pokemon trainers, are tired of hearing. Also, I've included the responses
we'll all start giving if they continue;
You can get Mew without Gameshark/Game Genie or getting it from Nintendo!
* Yeah, and Nintendo just gave it away at all those video game tours for
fun*
Haymaker involves strategy!
* Right. There's just OODLES of strategy involved in picking off weakened
pokes or drawing two cards.*
You can get <insert fake pokemon/gold and silver pokemon name here> by
<insert totally pointless instructions here>
* Sure. I'll just bet Nintendo made some pokes only accessible by beating
the game 30+ times. That was SARCASM, people. SARCASM!*
Charizard kicks in the card game!
* Yeah. If Charizard kicks in the card game, so does Base Gastly. (
Chipmunk, are you listening? )
My Muli-Mewtwo Deck ( the one with four base Mewtwo ) rules!
* Sure, if you're into ILLEGAL DECKS!!*
In <insert name of cartoon episode here>, the trainer's <insert pokemon
name> couldn't have beaten <insert pokemon name> because of its
<weakness,
resistance, level, pick one>!
* IT IS A CARTOON!!!*
Pokemon is evil!
* What about Magic:The Gathering? Let's see, Jigglypuff, Tundra Wolf.
Hmm...Pikachu, Black Lotus...Not exactly hard to figure out, people. LEAVE
POKEMON ALONE!!!!*
My all japanese deck rocks!
* Sure it does. Can I see the english copy of all those GYM expansion cards?
What? You don't have an english copy? Well, WotC rules say you must have an
english copy to show the opponent....*
Let my 5-year-old son win!
* It says it on the boosters and the decks. Ages 10 and up. Please learn the
rules before you come to a tournament.*
What are all these numbers for on my pokemon cards?
* I refuse to answer that question because of its high levels of STUPIDITY.*
SATOSHI: Well, that's all for now!
