Hi this is my article on cards that people rarely use from gym-neo. I will
also include why they are good.

1st off, Elekid

Elekid is pretty good if you use him correctly. He is good in stall decks,
since he can attack with no energy you can take the energy out of stall decks
and make room for more trainers.

2nd is Lt. Surge's Jolteon
This card is ok. 70 HP is of. High Voltage is good if your not playing prop
15 in you game. Surges eevee is pretty good to.

Next is Brock's Prime ape
Megathrash is very nice and its pokemon power is very good since it does
damage to its self. 70 hp is ok. Not to mention it distroys the evil
Wigglytuff :P

Brock's sandslash is next
The 70 hp one is very nice. two F energy will work kinda like buzz but it
will poison (Hehehehehehehe) Swift will help take down the pesky rocket's
zapdos

Also included is Lt. Surge's Electrode
His pokemon power takes down your opponints bench but he also kills yours but
you can counter that with invisibly walls. His attack can do on average 40 or
50. And if your relly lucky you can do 60

6th is Misty's Dewgong
This pokemon is a good against fire and figting pokemon. take down is also
nice if you have a defender.

7th is Skarmory
This new steel type I have not seen people play yet ( probly because neo just
came out a while ago)  steel wing is nice and it will prevent 20 - 30 damage
( if your opponit does not er you)

next is Electabuzz ( Neo )
70 HP is nice for a basic pokemon. Punch is good since it can be put into any
deck. swift is expensive but its still good

last is Blaine's Rapidash
This Card is awsome!!!!! firemane is good. The main Part of this card is
stamp. it KO's scythers and othe grass pokemon. And now its better with steel
pokemon roming about. One of my best decks is based on this card which i will
list below

3 magmar (2fossil, 1 neo)
4 electabuzz [3base, 1neo(just for a test)] (and they help the fire)
4 scythers (help defend the electabuzz)

1 RSA
2 oak (proven better then elm in my opinion)
4 plus power
1 super rod
1 ngr
2 gust of wind
11 fire
8 electric
