Well, I'll have to disagree with ya. Wigglytuff may have been equaled or
beaten. His name is: SNEASEL! Sneasel can do 140 max on turn two. Can you say
"ouch"? Sneasel decks will start appearing everywhere! Players will pack
their decks with Max dark energy (4) and they can use rainbow energy (another
4). 8 cards. All you need is 2 to dominate. And um, you said it takes 10
turns for wiggly to be powered and have a full bench? no. TWO turns. Heres
how it works: Turn one attach a DCE to jiggly and pound. Next turn, attach
another energy to jiggly, evolve it, and use challenge or oak or whatever you
need to get a full bench. Now you have a full bench, and a fully powered
wiggly on turn TWO. Sneasel is better because he can do a MAX of 180 on turn
two (with 4 pluspowers), and wiggly can only do 100 on turn two (with 4 plus
powers). Plus, Sneasel has no weakness, a resistance to psychic, and no
retreat. To top it off, it's a basic with 60 hp. That's all :D
