I disagree with UltraMaster64.
Well, in plenty of areas, ER is a problem. Like in
my area, this card is being played like heck! So I put this card in my deck so
most inexperienced player will not use their ER's on my Chanseys, saving me a
few more turns to scrunch or pump up to double edge.
While the better players still use ER's, I play
Lass, RSA and the Trap A LOT! So reducing their hand by 2 cards is letting me
get an easy trap on them.
And Raindance isn't as strong to ER as you think.
I agree that they aren't as weak to it as a Wiggly deck or Sneasal deck. But
they need space for trainers to get them what they want since they have a
stage 2 in their deck. So what do I take out? Well, I need a decent
amount of pokes since I could end up with one Squirtle, not very safe for me.
So I need about 12 Pokemon. I can't reduce trainers since they're the key. So
we have energy. Drop a bunch and add 2 No Removal Gyms for are stadium slots
so we can blast ER, SER, Rocket's Training Gym and Choas out of the water.
And No Removal Gym is a great ruined for other
gyms. Like all the other gyms have a cost to them. While I can play No Removal
Gym and lose my ER for more space.
And your right for how people can get rid
of your No Removal Gym, but does that make it bad? No, every gym has that
cost. And it is good for me too since I play 2 SER just incase I
need to use them. And have a No Removal Gym. Am I an idiot? No, Ness
once said that it's fine to play both. Is he an idiot? No, he won
the tropical manga, is a deck mechanic and has a very popular section.
Just play your ER's or play another gym or even
play your ER's in a desperate moment.
So my point is that No Removal Gym is a very good card
and is very versatile.
