Hello!    I hope everyone is doing alright. On to the article.....

Speed is the key to winning, and losing matches. So many time I've Oaked out
that"just in case"evolution or trainer card and lost in the last round. You
may think you're in control,till
your opponent pulls a Wooper on a lone Electabuzz after you oaked or
discarded your Ditto since it would be a "quick game" Water against
electric.Well, you might as well admit it,we all do this somtime in hopes of
getting a better hand.Especially in tourneys, this can ruin your day. Here are
some options when you can't add a lot to your deck.

#1 Switch Oak for Bill:Yes bill has less power, but you don't have to worry
about discarding needed cards.

#2 Unless the situation is futile, don't rampantly search for PP's

#3 When you have multiples of a card in a deck use retrieval cards in place
of draw cards: In the first three hands,it's most likely you'll play a
trainer card that you have multiplesof(3or4).

#4Make sure you don't have another card that won't fit the situation in your
hand(I.e. Resistance gym instead of PP's to kill a Jigglypuff)

#5 Most Important point!!!!!! Never ever go out in a blaze of glory when you
can fry them
with what's on the table. Here are the points to look for,Agility type
attacks,status effects,resitance/weakness,and removal attacks.

I hope this has brought enlightenment to all that read this.I too, sometimes
fall into the speed trap. Please don't e-mail me.I have too much to do(no
offense)post a Re: on the Pojo.
