I've noticed a lot of people believing that an Igglybuff can stop an Igglybuff, or Iggly can stop Raindance. This doesn't work. The text would tell you that a Pokemon on the bench can have it's Power stopped for your turn. That means any power that is only effective during your turn can truly be stopped. It doesn't work on Raindance, because that is during your opponent's turn. Also, it only works on bench pokemon. That means you can't hit a Dark Muk and then retreat because Dark Muk is active. Even if it was benched, you couldn't Gaze then gust it because the effect ends if the pokemon leaves the bench.
