I know many people who are upset about having

Skarmory's or Steelix's but can't use them because

metal energies are holographic and a pain in the butt

to get a hold of... I found a card that will help,

Base Electrode... He gets knocked out using his Buzzap

and get put on the steel pokemon.  Then the steel

cards can whoop like they did at the STS!!!
