I don't want to waste your time so I'll cut right to the chase.
Use Alakazam's Pokemon Power to get damage onto all of your Water Pokemon.
Use Energy Flow to get 3 Water Energies into your hand.
Use Pokemon Center to discard those Energies and get rid of damage.
Raindance 3 Water Energies onto Feraligatr and use Riptide!
