Hi. This is Chris again, this time with the >SIXTH<review in my series of
individually reviewed cards: Neo Genesis Elekid! Below I will list facts
about the card. Then I will teach you how to fix the problems or abuse the
privileges...

**30 HP-  Normally, I would be embarrassed to review a card with 30 HP, but,
this card's saving point is the Baby Rule (see below).

**Bottom stats- Simply put, there are no bottom stats. This doesn't help or
hurt the card, except for the great free retreat, which enables you to shake
off negative conditions.

**Baby Rule- The infamous, evil, horrible reason that Elekid along with all
the other Babies can be played efficiently in decks. Leaves 50% chance to
damage it. Combo: Combine any Baby with a Focus Band to leave a miserable 25%
chance of a Knock Out. Those of you out there who ALWAYS flip tails (just
like me...) know who you are. This card is your enemy.

**Evolves to Electabuzz- I'd really not bother, but you always can evolve
right to Electabuzz. (BASE SET, NOT NEO!!!). This gives a much more reliable
source of damage.

**Playful Punch- Good way to deal damage if you have no energy. Be careful to
use any energy, Pokemon, or Trainers before you use Playful Punch, because it
ends your turn.

~~~>Elekid is great in low-energy stall decks....
Well, there goes #6 in my series. So far, I've reviewed:
#1. Articuno
#2. Brock's Ninetales
#3. Erika's Clefable
#4. Jumpluff
#5. Rocket's Mewtwo
#6. Elekid
The next single card review is on a Fighting type card. Look for it soon!
Send any questions, comments, or even decks to me at the below address.
ALSO:::Send any requests for any future "How to Use___" articles. There's a
chance I'll review your card!
