Everything you said is true, BUT....
Forget the STS as a stage for saying 'Nooooo' to the wizards. Why should you ever buy another card? Or actually physically go to a tourney?
I have as many copies as i like of over 930 cards. I did not pay for them. I could enter a tourney everyday if i wanted, without leaving my house. The obvious solution to the current problem? PLAY ON-LINE! Wizards make no money from this. Cut off the money, I think they might suddenly start to listen.
And if not, so what? Before Pokemon the Magic TCG had been in decline for years, its just the same thing. Whatever you may think i suspect that WotC will continue to bring out expansions long after you've forgotten what a pokemon is, just the same as they did with Magic.
Me, ive paid enough for Pokemon cards already! Im stayin on-line.
