I just noticed a good tip for all of
you Murkrow, Sneasel, Tyranitar,
Steelix, Forretress, and Scizor
players out there, involving Dark and Metal
Energy.
If you use Dark
Pokemon a lot, here's a way to add defense to your game. If
you attach a
Dark Energy and then a Metal Energy, here's what happens:
The Dark
Energy's extra 10 damage is cancelled by the 10 less damage for
having a
Metal Energy that's not on a Metal Pokemon, but you still have the
10 less
damage from your opponent's attacks.
If you use Metal Pokemon a lot,
here's a way to add offense to your game:
Attach a Metal Energy and then a
Dark Energy. You would normally take 10
damage from Dark Energy after every
turn, but Metal Energy prevents that, and
you still have 10 extra damage on
each of your attacks.
Cool, huh?
