Neo + promo = energy evolution + chain evolution = 2 evolved
eevee.
Neo + 3 promo eevee ( I don't recommand 3 promo eevee. you
need the neo one to start this combo ) = all 4 evolved eevee!
good in any deck with eevee, especially in
eeveetron
