This is a reply to my own tip. The other guy who said I was wrong, well
he
is wrong. I will explain. Metal energy reads that damage done to the
Pokemon
Metal Energy is attached to is reduced by 10. Then, if the Pokemon
Metal
Energy is attached to damages a Pokemon (in this case itself) reduce
that
damage by 10. So what I am trying to explain is that Metal Energy is
reduced
once because of Metal's regular effect and then once again because he is
not
metal.
