Here's a deck that I've created that combined Damage Swap and a beat down
kind of thing.  Anyways, You try and get Promo Mewtwo out and use alakazam to
swap damage counters to you guessed it- Chansey.  I believe Promo Mewtwo is a
very powerful pokemon for psychic decks, but against wigglytuff decks, it
just plain sucks.  I would use chansey and also threw in some scythers to
take down some of the psychic resistance pokemon.  I wanted to see if you
approve of this deck or not.  This deck is NOT a stall deck.
