Sup all u TCG players
I read this thing on Eros on stall decks. The
person who made it was Justin. He named all these cards that were bad to put
in stall decks. I have to admit that some of the cards were right. But some
were wrong. So i give to u do and don'ts about stall decks.
Good card #1 - Switch
Justin said that this and i quote "did
someone forget about retreating? Why waste the space with this card" Well
this card is very useful. Lets say someone gust out u're alakazam. He uses
confuse ray and confuses him. And every turn when u try to retreat he keep
getting tails. Ok u lose a couple things, 1. energies when u try to retreat,
2. u lose the ability to swap damage, and 3. u get closer and closer from
losing a very important alakazam. If u had switch u could just switch zam back
to the bench and all the confusion will end. This is what u gain, 1. the
ability to swap damage, 2. u don't lose energies u might need later, and 3 u
don't lose an alakazam. See when u use switch it sends zam back to u're bench
and ends all effects.
Good card #2 - Gust
This is also another card that Justin said that
this card wasn't good in stall deck. Ok i'll tell u why this card is good. 1.
u can send out a slower card out, 2. u can have someone that para, confuse, or
that can use sleep to a poke that has a pokemon power that annoys u, and 3. u
can bring someone out with a lot of HP so when u attack u can stall.
Good card #2 - Pokemon Breeder
Well i'm surprised that Justin
put this as a bad card. This card is makes alakazam and any other stage 2
pokemon faster. Justin's stall deck must suck
( and i say that as harsh as possible)
because it's slow. U need this card to bring out alakazam faster. I personally
think that if i had more breeders i would take out all my kadabra's and just
put those in. They are useless. So to sum this up i just wanna say that
breeder is a fast way to bring out u're major stage 2 pokemon.
Good card # 3 - Kanghaskhan
Justin again says that this card is no good for
stall decks. Well i once again i just want to say something. Kanghaskan is a
really good card to keep on bench to soak up damage. Also Justin kinda rants
on people who can't afford cards. He says that if u can afford a kanghas then
u can afford a chansey. Well some people can't so ha. Now to the card. This
has high Hp so it can soak a lot of damage like chansey. Even though it's
really for Raindance i think it can soak a lot of damage.
Now for the Bad cards
Bad card #1 - Bill
Oh my god i'm actually agree'in with Justin. I
thought this would never happen. O well. I've seen people put this in a lot of
decks not just psychic decks. Well i just have one thing to say about this
card... this card will back fire on u. Ok i guess u don't believe me well were
it is. Say u use all 4 of u're bills already. And u're playing a guy with no
bills or anything that makes u draw cards. Now lets say this game just keeps
going back and forward. Now tell me if u get to the point were someones going
to get decked, tell me who is going to get decked first. Huh, thats what i
thought. Now u know why this card will back fire on u.
Bad card #2 - Pro Oak
Noooo i agreed with him again. Well at least he
knows something about stall decks. Pro Oak is no good. This is the same thing
with bill. U're just going to deck yourself.
Bad card #3 - Comp Search
Ok, Ok i know what u're thinking. How can this
card be bad, well i'll tell u. This card is no good because it takes cards out
of u're deck. Also u don't have to discard 2 extra cards. I say use pokemon
trader to get u're pokemon. U don't lose anything in u're deck. It is kinda
like a search but only for pokes.
Well that finishes the card for a good stall
deck. Hope this helps and hope Justin can learn something about this.
Bye
