I really havent seen noctowl used in decks but its pp is quite powerful and
is like an infanite rsa (rockets secret attack) provided you flip heads. Now
its attack is normal and nothing special and 60 hp is kinda bad but it still
makes an hand destroyer.
The 0 retreat cost is nice incase he gets gusted out.
