A lot of people have been using Pokemon Powers that disable the

opponent's pokemon but Neo 2 Igglybuff changes those rules instantly. 

Igglybuff's Pokemon Power Gaze disables a Pokemon power from your opponent's

bench for the rest of your turn.

    Slowking's Mind Games shuts down almost completely.  Dark Vileplume

becomes an hindrance to the opponent that has one.  Aerodactyl hinders the

person who has one.  Unown D, N, and M, cannot use their powers.  Base Set

Machamp can not strike back.  Erika's Vileplume's power doesn't work.  All

sorts of wonderful things can happen with just this one little uncommon card.

    I suspect that Igglybuff will become more popular and become a crucial

part in every deck that counters disabling Pokemon powers.
