I have thought of a new deck that revolves almost entirely around
Trainers. It is called Mr. Trainer Stall

2 Kadabra
4 Alekezam
4 Slowpoke
3 SlowBro
3 Lickitung
2 Mr. Mime

4 Scoop Up
4 Pokemon Center
4 Mr. Fuji
3 Pokemon Breeder
2 Pokemon Trader
2 Item Finder
3 Switch

  As you can see this deck contains no Atacking power at all.Not to mention
it has for to little Energy to do any hard hitting attacks.
You will probably never have enough to even use a 3 Energy attack. The
Double Colorless are for attacks such as srunch and Confuse Ray.
  This deck is very versitile and may take some time to learn. It is
definately not for begginers as begginers usually like to attack a lot.
  Probably the only reason any basic energy cards are in here is to stick
them onto Slowbro to make your deck  a little bigger. We all now why
Alekezam is in here. Chancey is a must. Lickitung has nice status affecting
and stalling attacks that require little energy. SlowBro is to get damage
away so you can take in more for Pokemon Center(Use Slowbro to increase thr
amount of  cards in your deck-You should now to use Mr. Fuji). There aren't
many Mr. Mimes, mainly because you only need them seldomly and they protect
you from Promo Mewtwo(If you need him use Pokemon Trader ).
   The trainers are pretty what you'd find in most stalls. The Pokemon
Traders and Breeders are there because you want to get Alekezam out as soon
as possible and have the walls active(Chancey will be good on the bench if
Mr. Mime is  active).Pokemon Centers are there because they should always be
in a stall deck. They're are so many Scoop Ups because if you can manage to
get a lot of damage on one Pokemon such as Chancey it will probably be
better than using a Pokemon Center. Mr. Fuji is here because it is just a
great stall card overlooked by many people. This mainly is because it can
replace Gambler or an Anti-stall card. Switch are to battle very high
retreats and fight Gust of Winds. Finally Item Finder is to get back those
stall cards such as Pokemon Center.

Well, this Idea came  into my mind to create a deck like this so I did. I
haven't tried it cause I don't have the money for the resorces.
