I go to the Pokemon League and a local Card Shop to play in tournaments and
trade. I am looking for cards to complete my collection, and I just dont care
about prices. I like even, fair trades (Holo for Holo, etc...). When I started
to pursue conquest for a Kangaskhan, I was giving up cards in equal playing
value as that (Snorlax for one). Instead, you get theses little brats, that want
somethign the same price as that. So, they started asking for my Alakazam (in
thier little magazine they had, Kanga was worth $20). Of course I said no, and
then they went, proud of them little selves they didnt get ripped off. I may be
straying from the topic, but why in god's name would someone want 4 Blastoise
(one of THE Best cards) for a simple little old Charizard. If I ahd the
Charizard, I would say 1 Blastoise, straight up. I know the prices are based on
rarity ( and Charizard is supposedly rare, considering my friend bought 10 packs
and got 3 of em), why not rank the price on how good !
the card is and make those the rarer ones. Charizard just plain sux, and hes
worth some $200 dollars. Im done with my rambling, but I had to say this. Peace
out.
