Wow, ability to use any physic attack. That is nice
Tip: best used with Mr.Mime

Tip: use with tentacools, but watch out for gust of
wind

Question. what wins battles? Answer: trainers and lots
of them. So what do you do? make them useless
Tip:this is a very hard card to use so a deck with him
in it  will take some time to be great. Oh yeah, use
with Chaos Gym

1.Blastoise
the only reason to use a water deck, yet it is a great
one.
Tip: you know what to do with him.
