If you haven't read my other disabler article, then
read it before this. It will make much more sense.
For those of you who have, then read on. This will
teach you how to play disabler.
Disabler Strategy Guide:
A basic disabler usually has a lot of status, with
trainers like lass to get rid of their recovery
trainers. You must have large amounts of the cards
that you play, so that you can easily recover from
your own lasses, and have the cards that you need
right when you
need them. There are lots of disruptive and disabling
cards to disrupt your opponant. For example, if you
have just lasses and poisened with oddish, your
opponant will stray from his strategy, and try to
recover from the lass and poisen. Then, is the time to
go for the kill. What's even nicer, is that you can
poisen very often with oddish for example. Most
disablers usually have a lot of trainer denial and
status with a cleaner sometimes. Disablers should also
learn to not rely on trainers, but pokemon. Top
decking
is very important, and quantity helps your top decking
chances. Almost all disablers have evolution too. When
your opponant is trying to recover, they won't even
have the chance to try and disrupt your evolution.
Control is also important. You must control what is
going on. Not all disablers need control, but it is
very useful. When you have trainer and energy control,
the status is much more fatal.
Well, there's disabler's strat in a nutshell. For
further help, talk to gloom, or disabler's creator:
paragon of virtue (codyofthejungle). Good luck, and
happy disabling!
