I'm going to take about Sneasel and Wigglys nightmare. It is a gym. The name is Narrow Gym. Here it is:

Text:        This card stays in play when you play it.  Discard this card if
             another Stadium card comes into play.
             No player may have more than 4 Pokemon on his or her Bench.  When
             this card is played, if a player has 5 Pokemon on his or her
             Bench, that player chooses 1 of them and returns it and all cards
             attached to it to his or her hand.  (If both players have to
             return a Pokemon, your opponent returns a Pokemon first.)
It is really good against Wiggly because they can only have 4 people on the bench. Now for Sneasel, if you have Narrow Gym in play, they can't do very much damage with Beat Up. I'm not saying that it will not do damage, I'm saying that it will not do as much damage. if you want this card, it's in the Gym Heroes set. Plus, it's a common so it will be easier to get.
