Hello Meloaf,

First off,  I agree with you about all the whinners out there.  Most of the
people moaning about the current environment are the ones who were unable to
get a good draw and a winning flip of the coin and then had their pants
handed to them on turn two.  But if they had a good draw and won the
flip...well Pokemon is the best game out there and nothing needs changed.  If
they want restrictions and banning....well go play Magic.

   Secondly, good thought on originality.  However, I have a Muk/ Nidoking
deck just champing at the bit to be left loose.  I made this deck
specifically to beat the mimers because my girlfriend and her son thought
mime was the bomb.  And,  YES their deck was a fine mime deck.  This deck
would probably do ok at a tournament because everyone tries to do the most
damage that they can right off the bat with heavy hitters. But even 'chan
with a gold berry would jab the mimes all to hell and back.  In league play,
I think the deck would be even worse.  Most people, at least at my league,
don't use tournament worthy decks.  They play fun decks.  Their decks have a
lot of basics that, for 1 or 2 energies, are doing 10 to 20 damage AND
poisoning!!!!    But hey, if you're bent on playing mime, I'd add some
Erika's Dratinis to the mix as well as defenders and potions.
