I have a very good strategy! Using Cleffa's attack Eeeeeeek to get seven new cards without the downside of losing your hand is very good. It is kind of like usiing a Professor Elm with a poke'mon. Now we have Raindance, one of the best Archetypes in the game. You should include up to 4 Cleffas into your deck and try to get one of them out early. Not only using Eeeeeeek to get very valuable trainers and energy cards, but using it to get a Blastoise out in a couple of turns.
Now this gets us to a good beginning! The rest of the game is practically yours, except for a downside. Cleffa is a 30 HP Poke'mon that can be knocked out very quickly, even with his good power that makes them flip a coin to attack. A good Power though, and it has not 1 weakness or retreat cost, which is VERY good.
Now getting back to the strategy part, After you get out that Blastoise use raindance after every time that you Eeeeeeek. Your bench, if thoughtfully constructed gets a major head start. Also this stratagy can be used at anytime of the game. Beginning is the best, but sometimes it may be hard to get out the Cleffas, so middle and near the end are not bad either.
This comes from my experience. I gave my friend this deck to use and he kicked my butt. In my opinion this is a very good and throughout strategy. Raindance decks will really benefit from the addition of this new card! ditto1986@hotmail.com
