Hi. Sorry I haven't  E-mailed the Pojo since my
card tip on Promo Arcanine (posted on March 14th).
Anyway, I just got my Prerelease Dark Gyarados
and it inspired me to make a Raindance deck
including him so here it is:

Rainbeam

Pok'emon (22)
4 TR Magikarp (EVOLUTION)
4 Dark Gyarados (five words: Ice Beam and Final Beam)
4 TR Squirtle (2 colorless for 20? Better than the original)
4 Base Blastoise (Raindance!)
3 Fossil Lapras (good against Pok'emon with a Pok'emon Power)
3 Fossil Articuno (no Weakness? Resistance to Fighting? 2 Solid attacks?
What else may you ask for?)
 Trainers (16)
2 Gust Of Wind (get a prize!)
4 Pok'emon Breeder (how else would I get to Blastoise?)
4 Bill (2 free cards each time!)
3 Professor Oak (get the energy for raindance!)
3 Computer Search (find the key card)
 Energy (22)
22 Water Energy (how else would you use Raindance?)

Strategy: Get Dark Gyarados and Blastoise out 2nd
turn , Raindance 4 Energy to Dark Gyrados and
Ice Beam until Dark Gyrados is knocked out, and
hopefully flip heads on final beam.  Lapras and Articuno
are for support if all the Dark Gyrados are knocked out.
