Okay just thought I'd see if I got my new Idea of a Raindance deck. Here
goes-

4 Team Rocket Squirtle
4 Blastoise
4 Dark Blastoise

18 Water

4 Bill
4 Professor Oak
4 Computer Search
4 Pokemon Trader
4 Pokemon Breeder
4 Challenge
3 Goop Gas Attack
3 Rocket's Sneak Attack

   Bills and Oak should be self explainable. Computer Searches are to get
any of these things Pokemon Breeder, Goop Gas Attack,Blastoise,Dark
Blastoise,Squirtle,Professor Oak,or possibly Rocket's Sneak Attack.
   Most of you might think Goop Gas Attack, and Challenge are pretty screwed
up in Raindance, but I'll explain. Challenge is for the sol purpose of
getting 2, or 3 Squirtle on your bench at once and can also provide those 2
free cards if your opponent won't except. goop Gas Attack is in the deck
because of that little pest Mr. Mime, cause why waste time trying to get a
squirtle to do the job when you can just make  work of it with a
Blastoise.Cept make sure you've done enough Raindancing before you use Goop
Gas Attack.
     I should have said before that the entire point of this deck is to have
both Blastoise out on turn 2 and start dealing 70 damage per turn. The
couple of cards that destroy this is Electabuzz(can't be helped),Gust of
Wind(with Buzz to get rid of Squirtles that are waiting a turn to
evolve),Lass(No resources for food(Water Energy in this case,or nothing for
low number of Squirtles that will fall quickly without evolving)), and
finally Super Energy Removal. To help with this I added Rocket's Sneak
Attack-Just get rid of that annoying card before it can be used. Also
Pokemon Trader can be used most eficiantly if used right. I like to use this
card to get rid of a Blastoise for a Squirtle before I use a Professor Oak.
   Although the low number of Energy is bad it should pay off since you are
going to be oaking alot and it can partially be protected from Energy
Removals and Super Energy Removals by Rocket's Sneak Attack. I still wish i
could some how fit more Water Energies in.
