As soon as I saw Oodairu this idea hit me
like a fly hitting a speeding truck. I give you the deck...
Pokemon-13Basic/17total
4xWaninoko-Hey Oodairu has to come from somewhere.
4xOodairu-The pokemon this deck is based around
4xLapras-A good pokemon to start off the game. Gotta love that
high retreat too.
3xArticuno-A nice attacker with a high retreat cost.
2xSnorlax-Stall while you build him up then retreat(4) and
bring up Oodariu for some huge damage.
Trainers-19
4xProf.Oak-Let's fill that discard pile with water energy.
4xPokemon Breeder-To get out Oodairu.
3xPC Search-Dump 2 water energy and search for something
helpful.
3xSER-Put a water energy in the discard pile and remove 2 of
the opponent's energy so it's a win/win situation.
3xItem Finder-Dump 2 water energy to get something useful.
2xGambler-Back-up just in case Oodairu is "knocked
out" and can't shuffle all those water energy back in.

NAME:Oodairu
STAGE: 2
HP: 120
Pokemon Power: Water Loss: Once, during your turn,(before you
attack) you my put 1 water energy in your hand into the discard pile
WWW: Tidal Wave 10+
EFFECT: This attack does 10 more damage for each water energy
in the discard pile. Shuffle all water energy in the discard pile back into
your deck.
WEAKNESS: Grass
RESISTANCE: None
RETREAT:CCC
Strategy
Begin with a Laprs(Snorlax will do too) to get some heavy
damage in the beginning while getting out an Oodairu. Once Oodairu is powered
up use his pokemon power (if possible) and Oak, Item FInder, SER, or PC search
(if possible)to put more water energy in the discard pile. Then retreat Lapras
and bring out Ooraidu for Tidal Wave. If Snoralx is the starter load it
up while getting out an Ooraidu. If Snorlax is not "knocked out" by
the time you have an Ooraidu powered up retreat putting in 4 energy then
Tidal Wave(Use pokemon power, Oak, Item Finder, SER, or PC search to put in
more water if possible). After doing Tidal Wave retreat and continue the
process(Keep in mind that you probably won't deck because you shuffle back the
energy). Articuno is a clean-up hitter if Ooraidu becomes "knocked
out".
