While I was surfing pojo I found this curious article about the 'top 10'

10. Dark Dragonair
Yup, you saw it Dark Dragonair. Why? Because it's PokePower
Evolutionary Light is excellent. Got TR Squirtle? Next turn, Dark Wortortle
then to Dark Blastoise and kill most fire Pokemon. AWESOME!

9. Poliwhirl
Most people overlook this card. Look at it's possibilities. Kill Charizard
in one turn with Doubleslap! Good heh?

8. Recycle.

7. Team Rocket Rattata
Trickery!!! I love it! You can combo it with Mankey. Switch if you want that
prize or if don't like your top card use it! Plus Quick Attack and 40HP!

6. Scyther
Swords Dance 60 damage Slash. I think you get the point!

5. Muk
Muk is an Anti-Ditto machine with Toxic Gas. And Sludge is quite good 30
damage and 50% chance poison.

4. Charizard
100 damage Energy Burn. It has just been said too many times.

3. Snorlax
Thick Skinned will destroy any effect. 30 damage and 50% paralazation!
BRILLIANT!!!

2. Nidoqueen

A Pokemon that is over-looked too many times. Nidoqueen can do 100 damage
with Boyfriends for one Grass energy and a Colorless. And 50 from Mega
Punch. 90 HP. She sure is a keeper.


1. Blastoise
The best card ever!!! It works like a charm in any Water deck (especially
mine!) Rain Dance. Instant Hydro Pump! I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT! I LOVE
IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK now no offence meant but these seem like they have not been thoroughly
though out. 

now no 10  Dark dragonair is a good card but not top 10 material it is stage
1 and the whole 60 hp thing is a real pain just count how many 60 damage
attacks are in existence, wiggly namely.  Its attack ain't that great
either.

No 9 Poliwhirl is a bad card! his attacks are expensive, for the same cost
dewgong does 50 guarnteed.  Poli only does more 25% of the time and the
other 75 he only does 30 or 0. Again the 60 hp come up especially as he is
grass weak which bring scyther in.

No 8 recycle.  It is coin flip.  No coin flip trainer will ever be truly
good unfortunately plus it is a waste of space with prop 15.

No 7 Rattata!???? what was exactly going through your mind at the time of
writing? just wondering

No 6 You put Scyther No 6!!!! scyther is the best all round Poke in the
game! he should be no3 (more behind this later)

No 5 Muk.  Muk is a good card but lately with Poke power decks fading (rain
dance and Stall) to be replaced with more Hays and Wiggles (aas if there
wasn't enough as it is) there are better cards

No 4 Charizard There has been a lot of debate about this guy but the truth
is he sucks. he discards 2 energy so he can only attack every 2 turns.
Ninetales is much better since he has 2 less retreat  is stage 1 and has 80
for 1 discard.

No 3 Snorlax.  He is too damn slow! 4 energy to do anything but sit there!

No 2 Nidoqueen.  HMMMMM stage 2.  To do 100 you need 4 kings on the bench
and since they are all stage 2s that's gonna be basically impossible.

No 1 Blastoise.  Blastoise is very good but he should not be no 1. sorry


Now top 10 would be more like this

1) Oak. Card advantage! Card advantage!
2) Bill. Card advantage!
3) Scyther.  I been though that already
4) Computer Search.  Get any card Wooooohoooooo!
5) Item finder.  Get any of those good trainers and use em again!
6) Wigglytuff mmmmm 60 damage on turn two
7) Electabuzz He just real real fast!
8) Super Energy removal.  Set your opponent back 2 turns and then there is
the look on his face!
9) Mr mime ain't he annoying! Anything 30+ can't touch him. 'nuff said
10) Hitmonchan. The great speed poke.  But not as good now that Scyther came
to spoil his day

Well thats about it I still can't believe you forgot oak
