Today I will do a card strategy for Brock's Ninetales. At first, it looks like a weak card. But when you really look close, it has power. Pokemon Power Shapeshift allows you to take an evelution card from your hand and attach it to Brocks Ninetales. Then you treat Brock's Ninetales as if it was that pokemon. So it can turn into anything! As long as you have it in your hand. Plus you can discard the evolution card whenever you want. And the attack, Will-o'-the-wisp does 30 damage, but there is no special effects or energy discarding. Plus for only 2 fire energies it's easy damage. So how could you use this card to your advantage in a game? Simple. Once you've evolved it from Brock's Vulpix, you could put it in a deck with pokemon with high hp and evolve into them to gain enough energy to attack, then discard it and use Will-o'-the-wisp.
