This is very useful if you have a Chansey and scoop up, put Chansey on the bench and when your opponent gets a active pokemon that does less than 40 damage[I mean less than 40 not 40 or lower LESS] send Chansey out and use Double Edge. Chansey now has 40 HP.Your opponent can`t beat Chansey because he does less than 40.Your next turn use scoop up on Chansey.You have used the stradigey........
