There was an ..interesting article in the TCG section on the 4th. Written
by Genevieve. I would just like to comment on her opinions.
Her first comment is on Card shops. I hear this alot:
"At card shops you are either a.]ripped off b.]turned down or c.]offered 3
bucks for a holo."
And then the story that follows. Don't diss card shops for that! They are
trying to make money. If they pay full price, and sell for the same amount
what have they made? Card shops around here, that sell booster packs make
only a maximum of a dollar off every one sold. It's understandable if they
are trying to make bad trades and say they will pay top dollar for cards
like that, but really, would you be willing to pay full price for that
Venusaur, or 3 bucks?

Next,coin flips. A person pro-coin flips? Doesn't it suck if all you need to
win a game is  thunder punch from Electabuzz for 40,and if heads, you win,
if tails, their Hitmonchan Jabs you into oblivion? It takes the skill out of
the game!!
I will not bother commenting on the TV show because it is pointless.
The league. Ah, another person who does not understand that it was made for
those very kids that can't battle. I'm very surprised to see her dissing
anime and Dragon Ball Z. I'm not a fan of Z,but it is NOT a knock of
pokemon. Why, just because it's a card game? Guess Magic is too then, huh?
And I'm not even real sure what that second to last sentence means. I don't
care either.
Parents. Actually,you really can't live without them. I really think these
stories about evil parents are a bunch of hooplah. Not all parents are like
that, yet all are branded that way. And the kid that followed you out? That
sounded a little bit over-reactive to sic the Gym leaders on her. Well, I'm
