Ok, I have always liked the Erika's Dratini and Erika's Dragonair. Just in
case you don't know what the cards do I will list them.......
Erika's Dratini
40 HP
[Pokemon Power]- Strange Barrier- "Whenever an attack by a basic
Pokemon(including your own) does 20 or more damage to Erika's Dratini(after
applying weakness and resistance), reduce that damage to 10.(Any other
effects still happen.) This power stops working while Erika's Dratini is
Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed."
2C Tail Strike- Flip a coin, if heads, this attack does 10 damage plus 20
more 10+ damage; if tails, this attack does 10 damage
Erika's Dragonair-
80 HP
3C Blizzard- Flip a coin, if heads, this attack does 10 damage to each of
your opponent's Benched Pokemon. If tails this attack does 10 damage to each
of your own Benched Pokemon.(Don't apply weakness or resistance for benched
Pokemon)
4C Take Away- Shuffle Erika's Dragonair and all cards attached to it into
your deck. Then, your opponent shuffles his or her Active Pokemon and all
cards attached to it into his or her deck.
Hmm, both Pokemon have some good potential, especially Dratini because of:
his destruction of the popular Haymaker deck, colorless type, and Tail Strike
can do some moderate, quick damage. Dragonair is good for finishing off your
opponent's Benched Pokemon with 10-20 HP remaining. But Take Away is truely
amazing, it acts as a Scoop Up/NGR, and disruptive; I say this because you
can GOW a Wiggly or fully charged Pokemon on your opponent's Bench and
shuffle it away. You can also win a game with Take Away, by sending your
opponent's last Pokemon into his deck, causing him a loss via no pokemon left.
Even though this is true, this is not my point of a new Stall Idea. Now you
can use Alakazam's Damage Swap to swap some damage to Erika's Dragonair, and
use Take Away, healing 10-70 HP, and with a GOW, you can take a powered up,
opponent's Benched Pokemon with you. Now be careful you don't want to Take
Away without having a strong Pokemon on your bench, ready to combat. Hope
this works for ya.
