Now i know all of this news about prop 15 at the STS and all, but I made a
killer deck that has only 8 trainers in it. This is it.

18x Psychic Energy

the point of this deck is to stall-out with pikachu using paralysis attacks
(thundershock and thunder tail) until you can get a fully powered up mewtwo
and kill your opponent. the resistance gym is in here just in case a
colorless pokemon comes out against a mewtwo and if a fighting pokemon comes
out against my pikachus. Psyduck is here cauze if i have no pikachus to stall
or any mewtwos to kill i have to do something, i know, ill attach to psyduck
and use ESP, its an awesome attack! And one other thing this deck does is
makes your opponent laugh at it before you battle, then what their spirit
drain out of them.
